A GP has called you about a 2-year-old girl. Her mum noticed scratch marks on the girl's face in the morning. On questioning, Mum told the GP that she noticed a bat in her room but managed to get it out of the room. She doesn't know how long the bat was there or if the girl had any contact with the bat. Advise the GP on the right course of action and management.

A lady had a normal delivery. Some herpetic lesions were noted in the perineal region during delivery. What would you advise the clinicians regarding the management of mother and baby?

16 week pregnant school teacher had contact with a boy in her class with a suspected Parvovirus B19 infection. What would you advise the clinicians?
